No. All Canadian Glow products are over-the-counter beauty and personal care items and do not require a prescription.

Most of our products can be used together in the same routine. If a product has layering restrictions (for example, exfoliants or strong actives), we clearly mention this in the instructions. You can always contact us for personalized guidance.

Product availability is shown directly on each product page. If a product is out of stock, you’ll see a notification and may have the option to sign up for restock alerts.
Order & Shipping
Q: “How long will delivery take?”
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery across most of Canada is completed within a total of 5 business days. Remote or northern regions may require 6–10 business days due to distance, weather conditions, or limited carrier routes.
Q: “How can I track my order?”
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships, allowing you to follow your package online.
Q: “Do you ship internationally?”
At this time, Canadian Glow ships only within Canada.
We may expand shipping locations in the future.
Q: “Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?”
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update your address.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours depending on carrier processing times.
Q: “What happens if I miss my delivery?”
Carriers may attempt redelivery or leave a notice for pickup at a nearby postal location.
If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or refund options.
Q: “My order shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?”
Check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the package is still missing, contact canadianglowstore@gmail.com for assistance.
Q: “Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?”
Yes, most orders can be delivered to P.O. boxes depending on the carrier.
Q: “Can multiple orders be combined into one shipment?”
Orders placed separately cannot be merged once they enter processing.
Q: “What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?”
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and include photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s).
We’ll replace the item or arrange a solution right away.

Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.

We do not charge import fees because all orders ship from within Canada.
